Project Details

RJ Vincent began construction within Meadow Springs in August 2005 and have constructed and fully serviced over 700 lots to date.  

Coastal limestone and strong prevailing winds are amongst the many challenges that RJ Vincent has had to overcome during the construction within Meadow Springs. The development also shares a common boundary with the Meadow Springs Golf Course, which has required the implementation of stringent management and construction strategies, enabling the development to co-exist with the golf course and it's patrons.  

The City of Mandurah is an extremely fast growing regional centre. Accelerated population growth has meant that forming a good working relationship with new and existing residents of the area, has been at the forefront of the Meadow Springs development strategies put in place by RJ Vincent.  

With the recent opening of the Perth to Mandurah rail link and the future completion of the Mandurah Bypass (Southern Gateway Freeway) it is expected that Meadow Springs will continue to expand it's population base.
