Project Details

With the continual desire for coastal living Capricorn Joint Venture appointed RJ Vincent & Co to undertake civil works for this massive development at Yanchep, a sleepy fishing village 60 Km north of Perth, in mid 2005.  

Work commenced in August 2005 and RJ Vincent has worked effectively to overcome difficulties with extremely hard rock and deliver stages in a timely manner considering the pressures that have existed in the market in recent times.  

Other key issues have been the effective management of dust and windbourne materials made even more difficult given the coastal location of the development.  

The ever growing community is nestled between The Yanchep National Park and the scenic W.A. coastline. With around 700 lots already constructed Capricorn offers affordable level homesites, many with views and all with that characteristic coastal living atmosphere.  

R.J. Vincent & Co were also appointed to construct the extension of Marmion Avenue from Brighton, Butler to Yanchep in 2007 to provide improved access along W.A.'s coastal strip. Due for opening in October 2008.
