Welcome to RJ Vincent & Co.

John joined the family business in 1968 after gaining general business experience in a national merchandising company.  He has worked tirelessly to take the company from a staff of 10 and turnover less than $1m to its current state with over 100 staff and annual turnover of $150m.

In 1988, John took full ownership of the company and has since represented the industry in a number of high profile positions (former president of Earthmovers & Road Contractors Federation and inaugural president of the WA Civil Contractors Federation).

Andrew gained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Plymouth University in the UK and has worked in both the UK and Australia as a surveyor, seismic surveyor, site supervisor and project engineer.

Andrew has been involved with a number of important commissions both for R J Vincent & Co. and others and has developed a range of managerial skills to complement his comprehensive civil engineering experience.

Andrew joined R J Vincent & Co. in 1993, devised its QA system, acted as project engineer and project manager and has, as General Manager, been responsible for the effective day to day operation of R J Vincent & Co.

Tim has a Diploma of Civil Engineering from TAFE Wembley.  Prior to joining R J Vincent & Co. in 2002, he had extensive experience both in Australia and in Africa working in the private and public sectors.  He commenced work for RJV as a Project Manager and has managed an extensive range of complex projects.  Tim progressed to the crucial position of Contracts Manager in 2006.

Greg gained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with honours from Curtin University, WA in 1995.  After graduation Greg worked as a structural design engineer and became director of a consultancy firm in 2001. 

Due to the desire to have a more hands-on approach Greg applied for a Project Manager position with R J Vincent in 2004.  With Greg's consultancy background and engineering expertise he quickly became a respected project manager for major projects at Meadow Springs, Meve and for our South West projects at Dalyellup, Bunbury and Provence, Busselton.

In September 2007 Greg relocated to the south west and set up our South West office in Busselton to service our current clients and further establish RJV in the region.

Brian acquired his trade certificate in the UK and furthered these with additional certificates in road and traffic management.  After an extensive trade background, Brian moved to Australia and joined R J Vincent & Co. in 1989 working in its workshop.  He now runs RJV's maintenance operations both at the company's workshop in Balcatta and on-site.

Rita joined the company in 1985 and worked with R J Vincent & Co. across a number of disciplines but principally financial administration.  Her intimate knowledge of the company has been critical in ensuring that the accounting package employed has been complemented by excel based programmes providing management with accurate and timely information to maintain the company's operations.  She has established systems that place minimum administrative burden on the company's engineers/project managers allowing them more time to ensure timely and profitable completion of contracts.
